Cascade Therapies for Women

a gentle but powerful therapy to wellness

About the Practitioner

Pamela Kaczmarczyk decided to start practicing Bowenwork in her 50's because she had always been interested in something like this.  When she first heard of Bowenwork, a "joy" lept up inside of her and she wanted to learn this gentle but powerful therapy. She loves seeing people feeling better and getting off of medication.  Pam is thrilled to use this "gift from God", as Tom Bowen called it, to share with others.

Update: Ross Emmett from Australia came to the USA for the first time in about 2017. I experienced immediate reduction in pain and discomfort.  After taking one class, I decided to complete all 13 modules and the pelvic class.  I've finished 9 modules of 16 hours each.  It's been a joy to learn.  The pelvic class has a lot of women issues that I am very eager to take as soon as it's offered.

Pam happily teaches English as a Second Language at Skagit Valley College to internationals.  She thinks this is a perfect fit for a teaching job.  Hours change each quarter, and this will use a completely different skill set.

Update:  Another man, Alistair McLoughlin has introduced to us his MSTR (McLoughlin Scar Tissue Release)  This was really an eye opener.  I love working the scars because it breaks the strings that attach to any number of soft tissue, or organs, or bones.  Those strings do NOT grow back unless you reinjure it.  I never know what it will release on the body.  Some times it's a pain in the foot from scar tissue from  breast biopsies, or a back releasing from a C section.  It's very exciting work that usually only takes two or three times.

Pam is contentedly married to Ed, and she lives in the middle of the tulip fields in Mount Vernon.  She enjoys gardening, cooking, and now is excited about learning a new discipline to help others feel better.

Pam became a Licensed Massage Therapist December 20, 2013, and opened Cascade Bowenwork in the "Old Grainery" building in Downtown Mount Vernon January 2014. She was certified in Bowenwork in May of 2014. In February of 2019, Pam changed the name to Cascade Therapies for women because of the new therapies besides Bowen, and 'women' because of the amazing ways that women can be helped.  Pam is specializing in women's issues.
